Waste characterization

Helgeson Scientific Services provides waste characterization services including the sampling campaign, laboratory analysis and in situ characterization by gamma spectrometry using HPGe or inorganic scintillators. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to characterize radioactive wastes.

Steps of Working with Helgeson

Technical requirements

Define what technical aspects would you like to have in your device and what performance do you expect. Transfer all this information to us and we will study it!

Technical and commercial proposal

According to the information provided we will propose a system and a budget. Now is your time to customize the solution by adding or removing features in order to fit it to your desired budget.

Manufacturing and testing

Once the final specification is defined and the proposal accepted, we will start to produce your customize system. Once it is completed, we will test it according to the specification defined. Customers are more than welcome to the FAT!
04

Delivery, installation and training

After FAT, the system is packed and delivered to the agreed destination. We will support you during installation and provide training to all people involved in the operation.

After sale service

If any problem is detected during or after warranty period we will be always available to support you with a first contact in 24 hours. We will assess the problem and propose a solution (spare parts, software upgrade, technical assistance by our technical service, etc.). Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
