Description
The Soil segregation unit is a characterization unit that is able to detect and separate those portions of soil or materials potentially contaminated with radioactive particles.
Equipment
The system can be designed to screen and segregate different types of soil and materials. Depending on the radiation to be monitored (alpha. beta or gamma) different processes and detectors shall be considered.

Analysis cabinet:
- 20 ft container for easy transportation
- Up to 2 analysis train for double capacity
- Automatic operation and segregation of the soil in big bags
- Aerosol monitor to control the concentration of alpha and beta emitters in the air
- CCTV system to monitor the process inside the container
