All values below correspond to those of standarized detectors, but all parameters of these detectors can be fully customized depending on user’s needs.

Standard efficiencies: 6-60%
Sensitive area: 1590 – 6500 mm2
Thickness: 15-30 mm
Energy resolution at 5.9 keV: 350 – 500 eV.
Energy resolution at 122 keV: 650 – 750 eV.
Energy resolution at 1.33 MeV: 1.75 – 2.00 keV.
